Lead Tracker

Add new students/leads, log contacts (keeps full history), remove last touch, and keep readable notes under the lead’s info.

Tip: Use Log Contact each time you contact a lead (it appends to the history). Use Remove Last Touch if one was added by mistake.

Templates — Custom Email Templates

Create templates used when you click Email. Placeholders: {{name}}, {{program}}, {{status}}, {{email}}, {{phone}}.

Note: The first template is used by default when clicking Email.
